Alternate Perspectives was created with an individual's emotional and physical wellness in mind. The methods I use in Therapy and Counseling are integrative or multidimensional, the purpose being to facilitate and support effective change using Ericksonian Techniques of Hypnosis that seek to empower the client.

This mode of therapy seeks to de-mystify Hypnosis and thus minimizes the possibility of co-dependency between the client and the therapist. The client begins to understand that she or he can safely experience and move through their inner unconscious realms. Most often this leads to the client consciously experiencing the unconscious and creative healing forces in their lives.

Why would a busy client use Hypnosis over traditional ‘talk’ therapy? Because hypnosis allows the ego’s barriers to soften enough to allow the person access to those parts of their brains that hold a wealth of information via intensified relaxation and magnified imagination.
